Kidzdent – Dental clinic for children and teenagers, the first ISO certified dental clinic was established in Dombivli in 2006. Since then it has catered to the oral and dental health of hundreds of children and teenagers.
At Kidzdent, we believe in working as a team to ensure the delivery of quality oral health care to our patients. He is completed his B.D.S. from Bharati Vidyapeeth Dental College, University of Pune in 2000 and did his M.D.S. in the subject of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry from Nair Hospital Dental College, University of Mumbai in 2004. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital and Healthcare Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Medicolegal Systems from Symbiosis International University, Pune. She is graduated from Government Dental College and Hospital, Mumbai in 2013 and completed her post- graduation in Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry from YMT Dental College and Hospital, Navi-Mumbai in 2017. She believes in providing a comprehensive treatment protocol with emphasis on prevention and anticipatory guidance and strives to provide the child a friendly, and a comfortable environment to enable the child to enjoy the dental treatment and participate in it.
Dr. Niraj Bhat has completed his graduation from Padmashree Dr. D.Y.Patil Dental College and Hospital in 2005. He has taken intensive training in Clinical Orthodontics from Pioneer Dental Academy, in Surgical Orthodontics from D.Y.Patil Dental College and Hospital and has learnt Multifunctional System in Orthodontics from Prof. Jose Duran, University of Barcelona. He was conferred with “Diplomate of Orthodontics” by Orthodontic World Institute, Spain. He has lectured on various platforms on the different aspects of Orthodontics since.
Dr Niraj is passionate about exploring newer paradigms in orthodontic therapies for his patients. His special interests include early age preventive and interceptive orthodontics and myofunctional orthodontics in addition to fixed and lingual orthodontics.
He maintains a private practice limited to Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry at Kidzdent, Dombivli since the past 10 years. Full mouth rehabilitation of children with special emphasis on Preventive Dentistry and early detection of oral and dental diseases are his special interests.He has received extensive training in different aspect of Myofunctional Orthodontics, Orthotropics & Orofacial Myotherapy. This apart, arrays of treatment modalities have been provided by Kidzdent and to bring about smiles to thousands of children. He was presented with the “ Sevabhavi Award ″ by Rotary Club, Dombivli in 2008. He has been an invited speaker at various dental, medical and social forums. He conducts courses on Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry at various centers across the country. He is the co-author of book on “Child Management in Clinical Dentistry”. He is a contributor to the “Textbook of Pedodontics” which is recommended for the curriculum of BDS and MDS.
